What is haas paprikas?
Pork Goulash (Serbian: Sviњски гулаш; Croatian: Svinjski gulaš; Bosnian: Svinjski gulaš; Hungarian: Disznópörkölt; German: Schweinegulasch; transliterated as Svinski gulaš)
A slow-cooked stew of pork, red paprika, and other vegetables. It is a popular dish in Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary and Germany. It is typically made with pork shoulder or pork stew meat, but can also be made with other cuts of pork.
The pork is first browned in a pot or Dutch oven, then vegetables such as onions, garlic, carrots, bell peppers, and tomatoes are added. The mixture is then seasoned with red paprika, salt, pepper, and other spices. Water or broth is added, and the stew is simmered until the meat is tender.
Paprikas is typically served with pasta, mashed potatoes, or dumplings. It is also sometimes served with a side of sour cream.
