Instructions

1. Purchase sea salt at your local grocery store. Sea salt is generally sold at most grocery stores in the spice aisle. The salt is usually packaged in plastic bags.

2. Buy sea salt at your local health food store. Health food stores usually carry sea salt exclusively and may have several types of sea salt originating in different seas. Salt from the Dead Sea is particularly desirable and more expensive than other sea salts.

3. Buy specialty sea salt online. (See Resources.) Websites that only sell salt are usually highly specialized; if you are looking for salt from a specific sea, like Himalayan salt or Celtic salt, you can purchase it on the Internet and have it shipped directly to you.

4. Purchase cosmetics with sea salt at your local makeup store, like Sephora. Some beauty products, especially exfoliants and body scrubs, contain sea salt. Dead Sea salt products are generally more expensive.
