## Rotel Recipe

Ingredients:

- 2 lbs. (4 cups) diced tomatoes

- 1 4 oz. can of diced green chilies

- 1 tablespoon of salt

- 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper

- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder

Instructions:

- In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
