How do you make carne asada?

### Ingredients

- For the marinade:

- 2 pounds flank steak, cut into thin strips

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1/4 cup lime juice

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- For grilling:

- 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Instructions

1. Make the marinade:

- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the marinade.

2. Marinate the steak:

- Add the steak strips to the marinade and toss to coat.

- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 3 hours (the longer you marinate the meat, the more flavorful it will be).

3. Prepare the grill:

- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.

- Brush the grill with oil to prevent the steak from sticking.

- Drain the steak from the marinade (discard the marinade).
