How to Make Chicken Marinated in Pickle Juice
Rather than pour out the juice when all the pickles in the jar are gone, use the juice as a marinade. Pickle juice contains vinegar and spices such as dill, celery seed, salt, garlic, peppercorns and mustard seed. The spicy and acidic blend of the juice will give chicken a tangy flavor and help tenderize the meat. Chicken marinated in pickle juice is especially good when cooked on the grill.
