How do you make fried bacon cabbage?

Ingredients:

- 1 head of green cabbage, cored and thinly sliced

- 1/2 cup (120ml) vegetable oil

- 1/2 cup (120ml) water

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

2. Add the cabbage and cook, stirring frequently, until it is softened and lightly browned.

3. Add the water, salt, and pepper and cook until the cabbage is tender, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil and stir to combine.

5. Add the cooked bacon and stir to combine.

6. Serve immediately.

Tips:

- To make the cabbage more flavorful, you can add a few cloves of garlic or some chopped onion to the skillet when you cook it.

- If you don't have any cooked bacon on hand, you can use chopped ham or sausage instead.

- This dish is also good with other types of cabbage, such as savoy cabbage or red cabbage.
