Parsley can be eaten both cooked and raw.

1) Cooked:

Parsley is often used as a garnish or flavouring in cooked dishes. It can be added to soups, stews, sauces, pasta, omelettes and salads. When cooked, parsley loses some of its flavour, so it is best to add it at the end of cooking to retain the most flavour and nutrients.

2) Raw:

Raw parsley is commonly used in salads and can also be added to sandwiches, wraps and smoothies. It can be also be chopped and sprinkled over various dishes for added flavour and colour.
