Who invented baking?
There is no single inventor of baking because the development of cooking techniques, including baking, was a gradual and cumulative process that took place over many centuries and involved contributions from numerous cultures and individuals. The earliest evidence of baking dates back to the prehistoric era when people began cooking grains and cereals over hot stones or in clay ovens. As civilizations developed, baking techniques gradually became more sophisticated, with the invention of ovens, bread leavening agents, and various baking tools.
