Who invented the eggplant?
The eggplant wasn't "invented" in the way that a new technology or product is. It's a plant that evolved naturally, like any other fruit or vegetable.
While we don't know exactly where it originated, it's believed to have been domesticated in Southeast Asia, possibly in India or Myanmar. It then spread to other parts of the world through trade and migration.
So, while we can't pinpoint a single inventor, we can say that humans have been cultivating and enjoying the eggplant for thousands of years!
