When separating eggs why should you use three bowls?
You don't need three bowls to separate eggs! You only need two bowls.
Here's why:

* One bowl for the yolks: You can either place the yolks directly into this bowl or use the shell to transfer them.
Why not three bowls? Using three bowls would be unnecessary and more cumbersome.
