How to Freeze Scrambled Eggs
Freeze food to use for a later date. According to allrecipes.com, if a food isn't wrapped right, it can get freezer burn. Freezer burns make the food taste bad or have a rubbery texture. Frozen items last about four months, but should be checked on a monthly basis. Use airtight containers and bags to prevent any air from getting inside. By both bagging and using a container to hold the food, the odds of freezer burn are much smaller.
