Frying an egg physical or chemical change?
Chemical change.
When an egg is fried, the proteins in the egg white and yolk denature and coagulate, causing the egg to change from a liquid to a solid. The yolk also turns from clear to yellow. These changes are not reversible, so frying an egg is a chemical change.
