How to Make a Dairy-free Fruit Smoothie
Enjoy the unbeatable, fresh taste of a fruit smoothie without adding dairy products. Use a banana in your smoothie to get a wonderful creamy texture that usually comes from adding dairy. Add frozen fruit to get the icy temperature and sensation without diluting your smoothie with ice. You can also freeze cubes of juice to use in your smoothies. The flavors can be changed to suit your preferences, so feel free to experiment.
