How to make a delicious corn casserole
Don't be fooled by the sound of this dish, this one is quite tasty and a way to sneak in your veggie dish to a party.
Things You'll Need
- 1 can regular corn
- 1 can cream style corn
- 2 eggs
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 box corn bread mix (8-1/2 oz)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 stick melted butter
- 1-1/2 cups grated chedder cheese
- 1 sliced zucchini
- Handful of sliced jalapenos optional
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spray casserole pan with nonstick spray.

Add regular corn, cream corn, eggs, sour cream in large bowl and stir.

Add in salt, corn bread mix, melted butter and mix well. Carefully blend in cheese, zucchini slices and optional jalapenos.

Bake 45 minutes until golden brown. Time varies based on oven.
