What is the Recipe for black bean soup?

Ingredients:

* 1 tablespoon olive oil

* 1 cup chopped onion

* 1 cup chopped carrots

* 1⁄2 cup chopped celery

* 1 clove garlic, minced

* 1 teaspoon ground cumin

* 1 teaspoon ground coriander

* 1-⁄4 teaspoon salt

* 1-⁄8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

* 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained

* 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilis, undrained

* 1 cup vegetable broth

* 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan or dutch oven over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, and celery and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 minute more, or until fragrant.
