Homemade Worcestershire Sauce
This recipe is a simplified version of the traditional process, which involves a lengthy aging period. You can adjust the ingredients and spices to your liking.
Ingredients:
* 1 cup distilled white vinegar
* 1/2 cup water
* 1/4 cup molasses
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon tamarind paste
* 1 teaspoon anchovy paste

* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
