What is the melting point of soy sauce?
Soy sauce doesn't have a melting point because it's not a solid substance. It's a liquid mixture of fermented soybeans, wheat, salt, and water.
However, soy sauce does have a boiling point, which is around 100°C (212°F). This is because it's mostly water.
