Eggnog Jello Shots

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of eggnog
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup of cold water
- 1/2 cup of whipped cream
Instructions:
1. Mix the eggnog, heavy cream, sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan.
2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently.
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the gelatin.
4. Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
5. Stir in the cold water.
6. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
8. When the jello is firm, cut it into 1-inch squares.
9. Top each square with a dollop of whipped cream.
10. Enjoy!
