What do they use to make jello?
Jello is made using gelatin, which is a protein obtained by boiling skin, tendons, ligaments, and/or bones with water. Most commercial gelatin comes from pigs and cattle. Gelatin helps to stabilize the liquid in jello and causes it to set into a semi-solid form when refrigerated.
