Joy Sweet potato and Fresh Orange Casserole?

For the Casserole:

• 2 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
• 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
• 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

For the Topping:

• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup cold butter
• 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).

1. Mix the casserole ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, fresh orange juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
2. Pour sweet potato into a baking dish: Transfer the sweet potato mixture to a 1-quart (945-ml) baking dish.
3. Make the topping: In another bowl, combine the flour, cold butter, and granulated sugar. Use your fingers to work the mixture until it forms coarse crumbs. The topping should look like wet sand.
4. Sprinkle the topping over the casserole: Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the sweet potato mixture in the baking dish.
5. Bake the casserole: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes. The casserole is done when the topping is golden brown and the sweet potato filling is hot throughout.
6. Serve fresh: Let the casserole stand for a few minutes before serving. Serve it hot on its own or with your favorite toppings, such as whipped cream or ice cream.
