Uncle Ben's rice is enriched with vitamins and iron and has been certified by the American Heart Association. - 1 cup Uncle Ben's Rice
- Saucepan
- 2 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp. butter
Instructions

Measure 1 cup of Uncle Ben's rice for four servings. Pour the rice into a saucepan.

Measure 2 1/4 cups water and pour into the saucepan with the rice.

Add 1 tbsp. butter to rice and water.

Turn on the stove and bring water and rice mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Cover the saucepan.

Cook for 20 minutes.

Let the rice cool down for about five minutes, with the cover still on the saucepan, before serving.
