Crockpot Chili Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1 (10 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain the grease.
2. Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic to the slow cooker.
3. Add the black beans, corn, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
5. Stir in the cilantro just before serving.
Serve with your favorite toppings, such as shredded cheese, sour cream, or tortilla chips.
