Defrost frozen crab-cakes completely. Place the frozen crab cakes in the refrigerator to thaw overnight. The crab cakes are best cooked at room temperature or slightly chilled.

Heat oven to about 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius.

Place the crab cakes in a baking tray and cover them loosely with foil.
