What food does an Arabian Oryx eat?

Arabian Oryx are herbivores, and their diet consists mainly of:

* Grasses: They prefer green, succulent grasses, especially during the rainy season.

* Forbs: These are flowering plants that are not grasses, and can include a variety of species depending on the location.

* Shrubs and trees: They will browse on leaves, twigs, and buds of various desert plants, especially during dry periods.

* Fruits and seeds: When available, they will also consume fruits and seeds, providing valuable nutrients.

They are well adapted to survive in arid environments and can obtain water from the plants they eat, making them less reliant on water sources than many other animals.
