How do you make jasmine rice that is not sticky?
Ingredients
* 2 cups jasmine rice
* 3 1/2 cups water
* 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Procedure
1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
2. Add the rinsed rice to a small pot over high heat. Add the water and salt and stir.
3. Bring the water to a boil. Once the water reaches a boil, cover the pot and turn the heat down as low as possible. Let it to simmer for 15 minutes.
4. After the rice has simmered for 15 minutes, turn the heat off and keep the lid on for another 5 minutes.
5. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve immediately.
