How do you remove ink stains from rexine?
Blot Up Spills
Dab at a ballpoint ink spill with a clean cloth or paper towel to absorb as much ink as possible – this should be done immediately after the spill occurs.
Use Isopropyl Alcohol
Next, dampen a clean cloth with isopropyl alcohol. Blot from the outer edges of the ink stain towards the centre. Test a small area of your rexine first, to make sure that the alcohol does not damage it.
Rinse and Dry
Rinse the area thoroughly with water and pat dry. Finally, blot the stain with a dry cloth. Repeat this process until the stain is removed.
