What does mean in wine?
The "°" symbol in wine refers to the alcohol by volume (ABV) of the wine. ABV is the percentage of alcohol in the wine by volume. It is measured at a temperature of 20 °C (68 °F). Most wines have an ABV of between 10% and 15%, although some wines can be stronger or weaker.
