How do you serve champagne at a wedding?
Step 1: Chill the Champagne
The ideal serving temperature for champagne is between 45°F and 50°F.
Step 2: Open the Bottle
1. Remove the foil from the top of the bottle.
2. Hold the bottle firmly in one hand and the cork with the other.
3. Twist the bottle while holding the cork steady until it loosens.
4. Remove the cork.
Step 3: Pour the Champagne
1. Hold the bottle at a 45-degree angle.
2. Pour slowly, allowing the bubbles to gently release.
3. Fill each glass about halfway.
Step 4: Serve the Champagne
Serve the champagne immediately to enjoy the effervescence.
