How do you make muscat wine?
To make muscat wine, you will need the following:
* Muscat grapes
* Wine yeast
* Sugar
* Water
Instructions:
1. Harvest the muscat grapes when they are ripe.
2. Crush the grapes and remove the stems.
3. Add the grape must (the juice and pulp of the grapes) to a fermentation vessel.
4. Add the wine yeast to the fermentation vessel.
5. Seal the fermentation vessel and let it ferment for 7-10 days.
6. After fermentation is complete, add sugar and water to the wine to taste.
7. Bottle the wine and let it age for at least 2 months before drinking.

* Use ripe, high-quality muscat grapes.
* Keep the fermentation temperature between 60 and 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
* Ferment the wine for 7-10 days, or until it is completely dry.
