How do you make ribs?

## Making Ribs

---

Ingredients

- 1 rack of pork ribs (about 3 pounds)

- 1 tablespoon of salt

- 1 teaspoon of black pepper

- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon of onion powder

- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika

- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

- 1 tablespoon of honey

- 1/4 cup of brown sugar

- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar

- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. To do this, use a spoon to pry it off of the bone, starting at one end and working your way down. If you have trouble doing this with a spoon, you can also use a sharp knife.

3. Season the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

4. In a small bowl, combine honey, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.

5. Brush ribs with the marinade.

6. Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with foil.

7. Bake for 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.

8. Uncover the ribs and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and caramelized.

9. Enjoy!

Tips

- To make the ribs even more tender, you can slow cook them in a crock pot. Simply combine the ribs with the marinade in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the meat is falling off the bone.

- If you don't have a slow cooker, you can also braise the ribs in a Dutch oven. To do this, combine the ribs with the marinade in a Dutch oven and bring to a boil. Then, reduce the heat to low and cover. Simmer for 2-3 hours, or until the meat is tender.

- You can add any additional spices or seasonings to the ribs to taste. Some popular additions include chili powder, cumin, oregano, and thyme.
