How to Cook With Burgundy Wine

Wine is an excellent way to add flavor to a dish. Red wines pair traditionally very well with beef as they both have a more robust flavor. When selecting a wine for cooking, make sure it is one you would enjoy drinking as the flavor will only be enhanced during the cooking process. You can choose to use carrots and onions or expand with a wide variety of vegetables according to your personal flavor preference.
