What liquor is distilled from champagne grapes?

While champagne grapes are used to make champagne, they are not distilled into a liquor.

Champagne is a sparkling wine made through a secondary fermentation process in the bottle, which creates the bubbles. It's not distilled like other liquors such as brandy or vodka.

However, you can make a brandy from the leftover pomace (skins, seeds, and stems) after pressing the grapes for champagne, which is called Champagne Brandy. It's not as common as other brandies, but it does exist.
