What is veal escalope?
Veal escalope is a thin cutlet of veal, typically from the leg or loin, that is pounded thin and then cooked, often by pan-frying or grilling. It is a popular dish in many European cuisines and is often served with a variety of sauces, such as a mushroom sauce or a white wine sauce. Veal escalope can also be used as an ingredient in other dishes, such as veal Parmigiana or veal saltimbocca.
