Ingredients:

- 2-3 lbs of beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- 2 cups of beef broth

- 1 cup of red wine

- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

- 1 tablespoon of dried oregano

- 1 tablespoon of dried thyme

- 1 bay leaf

- 1 pound of carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces

- 1 pound of potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

- 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1/2 cup of flour

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.

2. Add the beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
