Tuna Salmon Rosette with Cucumber Salad and Citrus Oil
This recipe combines the flavors of tuna and salmon with a refreshing cucumber salad and citrus oil for a light and vibrant meal.

Ingredients:
For the Rosette:
* 1 pound tuna fillet, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
* 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Cucumber Salad:
* 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
* 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* Salt and pepper to taste
For the Citrus Oil:
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1 tablespoon orange juice
* 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
* 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
* Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Rosette:
1. Lay the tuna and salmon slices on a plate, slightly overlapping each other to form a rosette shape.
2. Drizzle the fish with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Carefully place the fish rosette in the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
5. Transfer the rosette to a serving platter and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Prepare the Cucumber Salad:
1. Combine the cucumber, red onion, and dill in a bowl.
2. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
3. Toss to combine.
Prepare the Citrus Oil:
1. Combine all citrus oil ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until emulsified.
Assemble and Serve:
1. Arrange the cucumber salad around the fish rosette on the serving platter.
2. Drizzle the citrus oil over the rosette and salad.
3. Serve immediately.
