Could someone supply me with Joey Oak Room New Orleans Spicy shrimp recipe?
Joey K's Spicy Shrimp
Ingredients:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons butter, divided
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
Add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Add the garlic, onion, and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the butter and hot sauce and cook until the butter has melted.
Add the white wine and cook until reduced by half.
Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce has thickened.
Add the shrimp back to the skillet and cook until heated through, about 1-2 minutes.
Stir in the parsley, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Serve immediately over mashed potatoes or rice.
