How to Cook Bacon Wrapped Scallops
Bacon wrapped scallops are a way to combine two great foods. Preparation is easy and your friends will be impressed if you serve these wrapped scallops at your next dinner party.
Things You'll Need
- Medium scallops
- Bacon
- Toothpicks
- Baking dish
Instructions

Place the rack in your oven in its highest setting.

Turn on the broiler and allow the oven to heat while you prepare the scallops.

Cut each strip of bacon into pieces that will easily fit around the scallops.

Wrap one piece of bacon around the scallop and secure it in place by sticking a toothpick through the bacon and the scallop.

Place the bacon wrapped scallops on a baking dish and place them under the broiler for two minutes.

Remove from the oven and turn the scallops over.

Place scallops back in the oven for an additional two minutes.
