How long do you cook pork neck bones in the oven?
To cook pork neck bones in the oven, Preheat the oven to 400° F (204° C).
In a large bowl, combine the following ingredients:
* 2 pounds pork neck bones
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
* 1 teaspoon salt
* ½ teaspoon black pepper
* ½ teaspoon garlic powder
* ½ teaspoon onion powder
* ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
* ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
* ¼ cup water
Stir until the pork neck bones are coated in the seasoning mixture.
Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
