How do you make maggi masala noodles?

## Ingredients

- 1 packet Maggi Masala Noodles

- 2 cups water

- 1 tablespoon oil

- 1 teaspoon red chili powder

- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

- Salt to taste

- 1/4 cup chopped onions

- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes

- 1 green chili, chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

- In a pot, bring the water to a boil

- Add the noodles and cook until soft, about 2 minutes.

- Drain the noodles and set aside.

- In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat

- Add the garlic, onions and green chili and fry until the onions are translucent.

- Add the tomatoes and cook until they are soft.

- Stir in the chili powder, garam masala and turmeric powder and cook for 1 minute more.

- Add the noodles and salt to the frying pan and mix well.

- Cook for 2 minutes, or until the noodles are heated through.

- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately
