How to Make Fresh Pasta Using a Maker?
Making fresh pasta using a pasta maker is a fun and rewarding experience that allows you to enjoy the taste and texture of homemade pasta. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you get started:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
- A pinch of salt

- Sharp knife
- Pasta drying rack or clean kitchen towel
Instructions:
1. Prepare the ingredients: Make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature. Measure the flour, eggs, olive oil, and salt accurately.
2. Mix the dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the eggs and olive oil. Using a fork, gradually start incorporating the flour into the eggs, beginning from the inside and working your way out.

8. Dry the pasta: Hang the cut pasta on a pasta drying rack to dry for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Alternatively, you can spread the pasta on a clean kitchen towel to dry.
