What are the two pieces of meat that you can separate from T-bone?
The two pieces of meat that can be separated from a T-bone are:
* New York Strip Steak: This is the larger, wider piece of meat on the "T" part of the bone.
* Filet Mignon: This is the smaller, more tender piece of meat on the opposite side of the bone.
The T-bone steak is essentially a combination of these two cuts, connected by the T-shaped bone.
