At which temperature should meat be stored?
The recommended temperature range for storing raw meat in a refrigerator is between 35°F (2°C) and 40°F (4°C). This temperature range helps slow down the growth of harmful bacteria and keeps the meat fresh for a longer period. For cooked meat, it is recommended to store it at a temperature of 40°F (4°C) or below to prevent bacterial growth.
