Does beef stock have in it?
Beef stock typically contains the following:
- Beef bones, such as marrow bones, knuckle bones, and neck bones
- Beef trimmings, such as flank, skirt, and brisket
- Vegetables, such as onions, carrots, celery, and garlic
- Herbs, such as parsley, thyme, and bay leaves
- Water
- Salt
- Peppercorns
Some beef stocks may also contain other ingredients, such as tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and red wine.
