If fully cooked meat is left at room temp for six to eight hours can it be refrigerated then reheated and still safe eat?
No. According to the USDA, cooked perishable foods should be used or refrigerated within two hours after cooking. If left at room temperature for more than two hours, the food should be discarded in order to prevent any unnecessary health hazards/risks/dangers.
