When grilling raw pork ribs how long should they be grilled?
Pork ribs should not be grilled raw. Pork ribs contain harmful bacteria that can cause illness if consumed undercooked. The internal temperature of pork ribs should reach at least 145 degrees Fahrenheit before consuming them. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the ribs have reached the proper temperature.
