Grill time for med ribeye steak?
For a medium ribeye steak, the following grill times are recommended:
For a 1-inch thick steak:
- 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare
- 7-9 minutes per side for medium
For a 1 1/2-inch thick steak:
- 8-10 minutes per side for medium-rare
- 10-12 minutes per side for medium
Note: The grill times may vary slightly depending on the type of grill you are using and the desired level of doneness. To ensure the steak is cooked to your liking, use a meat thermometer and check the internal temperature. The internal temperature for a medium steak is 135-145 degrees Fahrenheit.
