How to Grill Frozen Meat
Summer is full of things to do and it is easy to let time get away from you. However, do not give in to the temptation of placing frozen meat directly on the grill. Always allow frozen meat to thaw before cooking it.

- Meat thermometer

Remove frozen meat from freezer. Place in the refrigerator to thaw.

Prepare the rest of the meal while waiting for the meat to defrost.

Take the meat out of the refrigerator. Allow it to set out on the counter for 30 minutes before putting it on the grill.

Inspect the meat carefully for frozen spots. Place the meat on the grill.

Cook the meat. Remain attentive to the meat during the entire grilling process. Turn the meat when the blood comes to the surface.

Check the meat. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the meat If the meat is the correct temperature it is done. Remove meat from the grill and serve.
