How to cook salmon fillets?
### Ingredients
* Four 6-ounce salmon fillets, skin on
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 teaspoon lemon zest
* ½ teaspoon lemon juice
* ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
* Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1.) Preheat the oven to 400°.
2.) Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3.) Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
4.) In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Spread the mixture over the tops of the salmon fillets.
5.) Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
6.) Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7.) Bake in the preheated oven for 13 to 18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
8.) Serve immediately.
