## Slow Cooker Spare Ribs

Ingredients

- 2 pounds pork spare ribs, cut into individual ribs

- 1/2 cup ketchup

- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

2. Add the spare ribs to the bowl and stir to coat.

3. Pour the spare ribs and marinade into the slow cooker.

4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the spare ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender.

Tips

- If you don't have a slow cooker, you can also cook the spare ribs in the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the spare ribs for 2-3 hours, or until they are fall-off-the-bone tender.

- To make the spare ribs more flavorful, you can add some additional ingredients to the slow cooker, such as onions, carrots, celery, or potatoes.
