Ingredients:

- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

- ⅓ cup cornstarch

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- ½ cup soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

- 2 teaspoons sesame oil

- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
